Lawrence Black on Circular Economy

Since 2009 Lawrence Black, Senior Consultant at Black Ink Consulting, has been deeply involved with the drive toward Circular Economy.  Working with William McDonough and the Waste Management McDonough Sustainable Innovation Collaborative, along with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Lawrence Black has been at the forefront of the Circular Economy. He has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on creating sustainability strategies and incorporating Circular Economy principles into design and manufacturing that have generated significant results.

 

Mr. Black is a sought-after presenter at industry conferences such as GreenBiz, Sustainable Brands, Environmental Leader, RILA, Corporate Eco Forum, Plasticity Shanghai and Plasticity Los Angeles.  He has been involved with the World Economic Forum in Davos, presentations at the United Nations, The US Green Building Conference, Cradle to Cradle Iceland Summits, and a number of associations in the sustainability sector.

Lawrence Black has worked on waste and recycling projects for the governments of China, The Republic of Georgia,  Venezuela, Brazil, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Mexico, Canada, and the European Union, helping to form strategies and policies that impact the environment and improve millions of lives.
